Special Savings Wtoo

This one shoulder dress is one of the coolest bridesmaid dresses I've worn! It has an opening across the chest as you can see in the photo and is fitted across chest. Below the chest, it's pretty flowy and can fit many waist & hip sizes. I am 5'6" and had this tailored with flats. I've only worn this once - to the wedding, and then cleaned and hung it in dry clean bag. There are no stains or marks of any kind.
